GRADUATE RECRUITMENT SCHEME
The HR Graduate scheme is a two-year accelerated programme, focused on developing well-rounded, future OML junior consultants through exposure to HR across industries and sectors. From day one you will be given real responsibility through managing projects, implementing change and supporting our diverse business portfolio.

There may even be opportunities for international exposure To apply you should have a first-class degree in Human Resource Management or Business administration or equivalent. You must be able to demonstrate a strong desire to enter the field of HR as a career.

NATIONAL SERVICE / INTERNSHIPS
You can apply to do your national service with us to get real work experience and also to help you decide your career path. Our placement opportunities are limited so we will only select the best candidates after a rigorous selection process. PLACEMENTS
Perform well on one of our challenging and stimulating placements and we may well ask you back after you have graduated. As well as full 12-month Placements we also offer summer Internships which give you shorter exposure to our what we do and why you should be a part. Industrial Placement This Placement is intended for the year before your final year at university.
ASSOCIATE/CONTRACT CONSULTANTS
Due to the project and outsourcing side of our business, we welcome applications from experienced, competent consultants looking for short term work in Human resources, leadership, training etc. If you are an experienced HR consultant or trainer interested in working with us, then email your CV with a covering letter to express your interest.

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES WITH OUR CLIENTS
We only recruit for HR professional roles at the managerial level and also for mid-executive management roles. Please only submit your CV if you fit our criteria and you are currently working in management or have managerial experience in your chosen field of work.
